What Causes Cough Along With Pain And Tightness In Chest?

Sick for 8 days. After working 54 days, no days off. Have tight chest, pain on right side, comes and goes. NO energy. Cant do anything with having to sit down. Coughing, no production of phsgme most of the time, or very little. Squeezing. Wgat do u think

Hi,
This all can be due to upper respiratory infection
( pharyngitis,laryngitis etc) or allergic asthma or bronchitis.
First you undergo routine blood investigations with X- ray chest and PFTs.
You will require antibiotics,analgesics with antiallergic ( antihistamines, mast cell stabilizers) with multi vitamins. Nebulizers with steam inhalation will also helpful.
Consult pulmonologist for further advise.
