What Causes Cough And A '4 Cm Mass' In Chest X-ray?

am female 40 years old ,, complains of chest pain , cough , dysnea , 3 months ago , xray show congestion of hilar ,, mass of 4cm .. vomitting ,, anaemia ,, cant sleep all night from coughing .. doctor tells me that he dont know what is that mass ,, please tell me ??

Hello

Cough,dyspnea may be related to hilar mass.Mass may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
You may need clinical correlation,routine investigation and further investigations.
You may need contrast CT scan of thorax.MRI may be advised after evaluation.
Management depend upon investigation reports.
