What Causes Cough And Post Nasal Drip After Taking Crestor?

Hello, I have been taking a quarter of a five mg. Crestor four times a week. Around the same time I started the Crestor I started coughing and had tremendous post nasal drip only at night. I saw my ENT doctor a month ago and after putting the tube in my nose and throat, she said I had reflux. I developed indigestion. I saw her a few days ago again and she said it is still red and told me to take Prilosec. I have taken the Prilosec for five days now and am going to discontinue the Crestor for a week and then go back to it to see if it comes back. So far I am starting to feel better. I would like to know if reflux is a side effect of Crestor. Thank you. Ruth
