What Causes Cough And Right Side Chest Pain?

Hi, got right side chest pain, stabbing pain, had cough for 2 years, recently ct scan showing enlarged borderline lump on my right side lung. Day by day pain getting worse, some time finds difficult to breath, swallowing food, heavy chest, all the times sore chest.

Dear friend,as you have got a lump in your chest you have to take it seriously.these chest pain,cough and other symptoms are surely result of this lump.first of all you have to know the nature of this lump -like if it is tumor or some other lump.so you should go for clinicopathologic checkup.a proper identification of of this lesion will help to take decision whether a proper regimen of medicine will help it to shrink or you need a removal with surgical procedure.thank you.
