What Causes Cough, Blocked Nose And Nose Bleeding?

Hi, I have an irritating cough which is a bit chesty and throaty that does prodcue phlem most of the time. My nasal passages are constantly blocked for which use a decongestant for and does give me some relieve but on for a short time. I hvae found that constantly using the decongestant I have been more suseptible to noes bleeds so maybe I am using it too much......Any thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is could be allergic condition and instead of treating this condition with the pharmaceutical agents better to manage this with the general care and non pharmaceutical agents, like drink more water, steam inhalation, hot drinks, try pure honey at bedtime, avoid blowing the nose or sneezing forcefully, take care and have a nice day.
