What Causes Cough Followed By Vomiting During 24th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 24 weeks pregnant. Almost every night i start to fall asleep and then i sort of wake myself up and there is vomit coming up my throat like its just waiting there for me when i wake up and i always start coughing so hard that i sometimes even puke all over myself. I dont know whats going on. It really scares me though. It is sort of acid like vomit sometimes. I am scared to even try to go to sleep because im afraid it will happen. I just wake up and start coughing up vomit till i puke.

see, probably this is because of indigestion and acid reflux. dont worry much. take antacids after food. visit your doctor and he/she will give you some digestive as well as anti-vomiting medicines like PPIs and domperidone etc and you will be alright.
