What Causes Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Heart Flutters?

I haven't been feeling well for a while now. I have a cough that has lasted over 3 months. I feel tired all the time. when I do my housework I get shortness of breath. I have heart flutters. I am losing my hair. I'm not sure if there's something really wrong or if it's stress related. Would you know what it sounds like it may be?
