What Causes Cough, Sore Throat, Fatigue And Muscle Pain?

My grandson, 15 years old, is experiencing Sore throat, sinuses, cough, fatigue, can t eat, muscle soreness. Upon recent blood tests, mono was ruled out however his CK levels are elevated. Not sure how high though. After doing the symptom check one thing that comes up in TB. Do you have any other ideas what may cause these symptoms ?

 Possible causes like
1. Viral or bacterial pharyngitis
2. Acute Bronchitis with viral myositis
3. Tuberculosis
4. Muscular dystrophy
5. Listeria infection
6. Leptospirosis
7. Malaria with upper respiratory tract infection still many causes possible my point of view.
But he may need complete evaluation to confirm the diagnosis please consult your physician he will examine and treat him accordingly.
