What Causes Cough, Tickly Throat And Runny Nose?

I have just recently started taking Citalopram HBR 20mg. I have started coughing real bad. Just a tickle in my throat, but I cough so bad that I almost throw up. And the. My nose starts running. I ve also had a headache for 3 days. What should I do? Nothing stops the the cough.

Hello,

Runny nose and coughing can be caused by allergy or common cold. Antihistamin drug such as Loratidine or Certirizine can help with runny nose and cough. You also can use Acetaminophen for your headache.
