What Causes Cough, Wheezing During Night And Pain In Right Chest?

I have had a nasty cough for some months following a bad cold. I wheeze at night until I can clear my chest. IN the past few days I have felt a pain around the side of my right breast, under the collar bone and now shoots up the right side of my neck.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Pain under the collar bone can be related to lungs. Wheezing can be due to allergy. But better to rule out other problems like tuberculosis by having a chest X ray and sputum afb test. If that is clear then this can be cleared by using beta 2 agonists like salbutamol and corticosteroid like budesonide inhalation therapy. You can also take antihistamines like levocetirizine and mast cell stabilzers like monteleukast continuous for 2 to 4 weeks till the allergic episode settle down.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
