Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Sometimes due to excessive coughing, small blood vessels get ruptured resulting in blood mixed in sputum.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Following investigations may be helpful:-
1. Chest auscultation.
2. Chest X-Ray pa view.
3. Sputum examination.
4. Throat swab culture.
5. Complete Blood Count(CBC).

You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day for control of cough.
Further medical management can be planned after a clinical examination and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
