What Causes Cough With Mucus And Tickling In Throat After Endoscopy?
I had an endoscopy one month ago. After a week, I started to have bad cough. It tickles at the back of the throat with lots of mucus coming up. I have tried Sedilix & Prospan but all these only provide temporary relief. is it possible I got some sort of infection? Should I see my doctor again?
It is definitely not because of nasal endoscopy done 1 month earlier, so relax. What your symptoms suggesting is that you have post nasal drip which stuck in your throat. Take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day that will ease out the mucus. You may require Ambroxol tab to do the same. Do go for walk in morning and evening.
