What Causes Cough With Sinus Pressure, Headache And Plugged Head?

I have had what started out like a cold now for 3 weeks. It started feeling like a general cold with hoarse voice, coughing and slight fever. I was given antibiotics for 10 days and it helped a little but now I am back to coughing with sinus pressure ( my jaw under my ear is full feeling) headache, and plugged head in morning after sleeping. Is there a weird virus going around, or is this possibly an allergy.

Try steam inhalations with tincture of benzoin and put saline drops in your nose several times a day.
Drink lots of water and do moderate exercise- this should help.
