What Causes Coughing And Sore Muscles At Night?
my boyfriend has been having fever, chills, sensitive(sunburn feeling) skin, coughs, achiness and sore muscles for the last 3 nights. He breaks the fever during the night and is fine the next day but then around 8pm he starts feeling bad again. He says his coughs feel like burning fire balls and its not normal. What is this and what should we do?

His symptoms are suggesting malaria. I would suggest him to visit hospital for detailed workup and treatment. Meanwhile he can take acetaminophen for fever & aches
