Everyone keeps telling me to seek medical attention! I have been coughing with yellow mucus and having flu like syptoms for over three and a half weeks. Last Tuesday, I started getting severe headaches with a stiff neck and throwing up. On Thursday my back felt black and blue and I can't touch it. Now, I am still coughing, have the same severe headache, neck and back stiffness, loss of appetite, nausea and stuffy nose. No fever! I am just not getting any better. What should I do?
I went through the history provided by you. The symptoms you have mentioned indicate probable upper respiratory tract infection. This requires treatment by the uDr of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Use of mucolytics and decongestant tablets will provide symptomatic relief. Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
