What Causes Coughing Of Green And Yellow Mucus?

I have had a bad cough this past week. Three days ago I started feeling weak & coughing up green & yellow mucus. I have coughed hard at night I would actually throw up. Today I feel a fever but it seems to be coming from the inside. I m cool to the touch but am uncomfortably hot.. What could this be from & what can I take for it?

Hello,

Respiratory infection must be ruled out. Go for a sputum culture study and start antibiotics according to the culture reports. Nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to antibiotics.
