What Causes Coughing, Sneezing, Watery Eyes And Runny Nose?

Hello, I am Patrice and I am constantly getting sick such as Cough, sneezing, itchy watery eyes, runny nose, congestion etc. I ve also been having the urge to use the restroom (poop) but nothing comes out after the first time. If I do not use the restroom I feel like I will have to vomit but nothing comes out. can you help please

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having allergic respiratory tract infection producing all these symptoms.
Due to dry cough reflex you might be having urge for urination.
Take anti-allergic medicine like Cetrizine or Montek LC for few days.
Avoid cold, humid, dusty atmosphere.
