Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that coughing up blood is serious medical condition that can be because serious infection of lung or heart disease. And in your case, you might be on blood thinners like warf or acitrome and severity of coughing blood increases.

It's advisable for you to go to your primary doctor or see a cardiologist for further evaluation and treatment in a proper way.

Hopefully this has answered your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
