What Causes Coughing Up Blood With Fatigue And Large Neck Glands?

Hi I have been spitting blood on and off for 3 years now. Latly I have been spitting it up more often. When I am in the shower or when I step outside. Its not like alittle blood It is alot of blood mixed with alittle salvia. Please me know what I should. I am also expiriance fatigue and my glands on my neck are huge.

hello, thanks for ur query, it seems that u might be having neck nodes , blood mixed sputum , suggestive of tuberculosis or could be due to esophageal varices. kindly evaluate with ent surgeon and specific tests like xray chest,fnac. all d best. take care.
