What Causes Coughing Up Blood,chest Congestion And Loss Of Voice?

Hello Doctor,I ve recently lost my voice and for some reason my phlegm goes from thick grean to light then a bit of blood in it... I m confused because I know I ve been having sinus with the loss of my voice but I hope its not too serious right now

I really appreciate your concern, such loss of voice could be due to allergic condition of vocal cord and it can be managed with antihistamine and best drug would be "Tab Loratadine with pseudoephedrine" three times in day along with this "Povidone Iodine" gargle can be tried, have a hot drinks, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
