hello, l am 24 year female, past five to six months am suffering from throat infection. painless but small white spots were found on innerside of throat and ear. now these days when i spit small black tarry substances were found may i know reason behind it

It can be due to fungal infections called Mucormycosis and Aspergillosis, or Tuberculosis (if you are also having persistent cough for over 2 months with weight loss and anorexia, night sweats). Get an X-ray chest, Sputum Test and Mantoux test done and consult an ENT Surgeon.
