What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood And Abdominal Cramps Upon Amoxicillin Intake?

I have been taking 1000mg of amoxicillin for 4 days due to a viral infection. I weigh about 100lbs. My symptoms are gone, but I am having slight stomach cramps. I have had some coughing with very little congestion. I just coughed up a small amount of blood. Should I stop taking??
