My 8 month old infant keeps having terrible coughing fits and throwing up white foamy mucous. She was put on albuterol breathing threatments by her ped almost two weeks ago and it was helping alot, and we have a follow up in a few days but it seems she has take a sudden turn for the worse and it doesnt seem to be doing as much anymore. Her nose is running but it is just clear, she sounds stuffy though. She is not coughing up anything green that i have seen just mostly the white foamy substance multiple times a day...do i need to take her back to her ped early?
