Understanding your concern. As per your query you have been coughing while eating which is due to respiratory tract infection leading to bronchitis. Chances of asthma are very less as its been only two days your symptoms started. The symptoms can also occur due to tonsillitis . Avoid use of cold liquid substances , avoid solid food and prefer liquid food for some days . Take steam inhalation. Avoid oily food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should gargle daily. You should visit pulmonologist once and get X-ray chest done. You should start medication after proper diagnosis. Till then take antobiotic Levofloxacin for 5 days. Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for tonsillitis. Take anti histamine Sinarest along with this. Use mist humidifier in room.
