What Causes Cracked Skin Along With Pain On The Penis?

Experiencing little red paper cuts on foreskin. Skin is cracked and can't pull back without pain. Recently took antibiotics and developed an yeast infection because of it. Been putting antifungal cream on. All put the cracked skin is healed. Need something to sooth pain and discomfort !!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain difficulty in retracting foreskin and paper cutson foreskin are due to fungal infection only leading to Mucocutaneous thrush..
This leads to inflammation of the foreskin and swelling leading to painful retraction along with cuts on foreskin..
I would suggest you to clean the area with warm.water and a mild soap..
Continue applying antifungal creams..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation and pain..
You can also take a course of antifungal Oral Medication like Fluconazole a weekly dose for 3 weeks..
Take Probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic in diet in abundance..
Wear loose fitting clothing and cotton undergarments for preventing further discomfort..
