What Causes Cracking Sound In The Back While Bending Along With Pain?

Hello we have been to the hospital 2 times in the past 2 months about my back it hurts and it cracks if i bend over and when i wake up it hurts to like move my back, and if my back pops it starts to burn in the middle. My mom said ¨ scoloosis¨ runs in our family, but since we have been to the hospital they say that i have a pulled muscle and flag is about to start soon and My mom and I really think there is something wrong with my back
