What Causes Crackling Sound And Water Bubbles In Ear?

i have been experiencing problems with my ears for some time now. they were both blocked for a few months then cleared up. my right ear seems to be normal now. but my left has been feeling not right for about 6 months now. get this crackling sound in my left ear. when i hold my nose and blow to apply pressure i get this squealing sound in the left ear and my left eye produces water bubbles.
