What Causes Crackling Sound In Ears With Dry, Blocked Nose And Loss Of Sense Of Taste?

I have crackling sound in both ears,can t breath properly through my nose, my nose is constantly dry, when I sneeze mucus is sticky like glue. Worst of all my sense of taste has almost completely disappeared. Please can you let me know what you think is wrong. Thanks

You have a condition which is likely to be respiratory passage infection. Visit physician to get a course of medication. Salt water gargling might give you temporary relief.
