What Causes Cracks On Foreskin Of Penis?

Hi, I am 33 yrs old,weight 90 kgs, height 5.8", married 3 years back. for the past 5 months I have been suffering from cracks on foreskin of penis. I found that I am diabetic when checked with accucheck machine. sugar levels are 160 (before breakfast) to 250 ( after breakfast).

It is common for diabetics to have foreskin problems. You can get minor cracks like this especially if the foreskin is also tight. You are also more prone for fungal infections of the foreskin.
If the foreskin is tight then you will need circumcision.
You need to get good control of diabetes. Please consult a diabetologist.
If it is a fungal infection then you might need to take a dose of anti-fungal tablets by mouth.
If there is no fungal infection then please apply a bland cream to the affected area to keep it moist along with good control of diabetes.
