What Causes Cramp In Right Side Of Stomach?

Hi, Over the last couple of months, while bending down on a few occassions, I have felt the right side of my stomach starting to cramp up and I am able to get in a better position before it gets bad. I have had 3 C Sections, last one 2 years ago now.. What could this be? Should I get it checked out by my Doctor or do I just need to excersise more? Thankyou
