What Causes Cramping And Bleeding After Periods Are Over?

I am a 44yo WF who just had my period last Friday to this Monday and started with stomach pains and diarrhea last night and stopped this morning, now I having cramping at around my waist line and began bleeding bright red blood from my vagina--what could this be from?
