What Causes Cramping And Dizziness?

i am currently taking microgynon 30 along with implanon, the implant has been in place for 14 months, with quite a few negative side effects heavy bleeding being the main concern. However i have started to experience cramping and dizziness. Is this normal, more to the point safe? Thank you
