What Causes Cramping And Pain In Stomach?

I have been having this problem for awhile....Out of the blue I will get severe stomach cramping and pain and have to go to the bathroom. Sometimes I am not home, or driving and trying to get to the bathroom, and I develop a severe headache on top of my head and severe throbbing in my teeth. My face turns beet red and my eyes are bloodshot. When I am on the pot, I am sweating and nauseated and don t know if I m going to throw up or have bowel movement first. I m weak and have to lay down in the middle of all of this. I am almost 68, female. Also, the past couple of years, during sexual arousal, I get an instant severe headache. I am worried I am going to have a stroke with these symptoms. It seems vascular. I am on benazepril for blood pressure.

Hi.
This is a severe form of gastroenteritis with super-added vascular problem hence giving you all the symptoms of Sympathetic stimulation.
You need to undergo investigations as Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and CT angiography of the abdomen too.
Both the endoscopies , blood urine and stool examinations.
You may have to get the medicines changes and add an anxiolytic too.
