Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cramps in the lower abdomen and heavy bleeding during periods is most likely due to infection of the genital tract.
I will suggest you to take appropriate antibiotics if the cramps are severe and take tranexemic acid tablets to decrease the flow of blood during periods.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
