What Causes Cramping And Tingling Legs?

my wife is having cramps in both legs and feet all of a sunden, Her right hand is also cramping and tingling. She has had back pain(syatic?) for a couple of days. she is on high blood pressure meds and has family history of strokes and heart attacts.. i didnt think these were systems of these but just just checking. joe
