I am on the pill and i have regular periods and today and last night i have some cramping but i am 2 weeks away from my period and had unprotected sex monday. my last period was may 28th and it only last about 2 or 3 days. i am wondering what cramping could be

Hi, I understand your query. The mod cycle cramping you have after unprotected sex can be- - Stress following vigorous sex, - Vaginal/ pelvic inflammation after sex .. can be due to infection transmitted during sex. You should take rest, take light nourishing diet, drink lot of water, avoid constipation, keep good genital hygiene, try hot compress over lower abdomen,take anti inflammatory pills available over counter after food ( twice a day after food ) If you are not well in a couple of days, should contact a gynecologist to get investigated & specifically treated .
