Hi
welcome to HCM
during post partum period, lactational amenorrhoea and breast feeding protects pregnancy for 2 to 6 months.
If you are taking primolut regularly without missing even a single dose it's very unlikely that you are pregnant
I would advise such a patient in my clinic for an ultrasound to see for any retained product or post partum uterine revolution.
you need not to worry I assure you that you are not pregnant.
Hope this helps you
good luck
