Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Some discharge is usually observed fata pap smear due to the handling of the tissue during the procedure. This should subside in a couple of days. You may also need a sonogram of the pelvis and urinalysis. Any infection in the pelvic region also can cause such cramping pain. I will be able to comment better if you can give me the details of your previous menstrual pattern and any relevant information. Please do not worry, this could be a simple infection. Antispasmodic medication helps to overcome the cramping. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
