What Causes Cramps After A Vaginal Hysterectomy?

I had a vaginal hysterectomy 6 weeks ago ive been coughing real hard and doimg a colon prep solution i started having cramps off and on since lastnite worried a popped a stich what are the symptoms to look for maybe alittle paranoid but i felt around couldnt tell just alittle worried i gess.
