Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Irregular bleeding and spotting is common after ligation of tubes and is known as post ligation syndrome. Essure is a good procedure for the ligation of tubes, and is associated with minimal complications. I suggest you to observe for 6 months, if irregular spotting still continues, then you should get investigated for the other causes of irregular periods. Hope you found the answer helpful.
