What Causes Cramps And Abdominal Pressure And Blood Clot After Periods?

Hi. I'm a 27 y.o. female. I have been off my period for 2 weeks now and yesterday I started feeling light cramps and pressure in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. When I went to the bathroom there was clear mucous with a small blood clot (about the size of the tip of my pinky nail). When I went again this morning there was more blood. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months now without any luck. Is this something I should worry about?
