HAI THIS means separation of placenta from uterus. you need progestrone support. strict bed rest and avoiding sex will resolve hemorrhage most of the time. if it is spotting daily you need to check your anticardiolipin antibody and lupus anticoagulant. consult your gynae for weekly scan.
