What Causes Cramps And Delay In Periods?

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex in january, I took the morning after pill and I got my period the following month. Then I skipped again. I've taken manypregnancy test and they all have come back negative. This month I have been cramping a lot but no period. The last time I got it was March 3rd. Any ideas?
