What Causes Cramps, Back Pain And Irritability During Periods?

Hello. Well I had my cycle close to 3 weeks ago and I started bleeding again 4 days ago. It started off light (only when I wipe) then I had to use a pad (not heavy though) and now it's back to just when I wipe. I had cramps, back pain and irritability. Thanks for your help.
