Hi,

When did the pain start? Do you have any other symptoms like fever, dysuria, loose stools or pain during intercourse?

Cramps and pain in lower abdomen can be from urine infection, bowel infection or PID(pelvic inflammation).

If no aforesaid symptoms, just take simple analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen 3 times a day after food for 3-5 days. If no relief by then, kindly see your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
