What Causes Cramps, Bloating, Headache And Tiredness While On Pop Pill?

Im 15 years old and i have been taking pop pills for a couple of months now. I havent missed a day. For the past 4 days i have been cramping all the time and feeling sick and headaches too. I feel bloated and tired. i cramp usually when im close to my period but the period comes quickly after the cramps start and i have never had it like this before.
