What Causes Cramps During Pregnancy?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I've been having cramps for the past 2 weeks but last night the cramps got worse then this morning I've had a lot of pressure. And going to the toilet a lot.I also have a lots of a yellow discharge. I feel sick a lot like I'm about to throw up. Could I be going into Labour?
