What Causes Cramps In Calves After While On Marvelon?

Hi ive been taking marvelon for about a year.in the last few months i have been having cramps in my calfs which only seems to be on a morning. i did fly a few wks ago and it was realy bad the following am.i also get shooting pains in my shins but not had in a while please help
