What Causes Cramps In Left Lower Side Post IVF Transfer?

Hi. I had IVF transfer on wednesday 10/1/14. all through out the day i have light cramps on my left lower side. Is this normal? Is it do to implantation? (I don t know if it is implantation because I haven t seen any blood). Thank you for your time.
