General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
The pain / cramps on carrying heavy objects can be due to :
Muscular strains in the lower abdominal wall muscles.
Pelvis congestion or Pelvis Inflammatory Disease.
Ovarian or tubal pathology like cyst or infection - salpingitis.

I would advise you the following:
Start taking an anti-inflammatory medicines ;
stop lifting heavy objects or avoid body movements causing this problem.
Ultrasonography just to rule out any internal problem.
Consult a Surgeon to get an actual physical examination done as the Doctor can get more information.
Take rest.
